Yes, I'm out of hospital and home again! I had a very bad night Friday after the op, so I was kept in until Sunday, but now I'm safely home again and recuperating. I have five 'stab wounds' (that's what the nurses called them!) in my poor tummy and will be having my stitches out on Friday. I hope to be back at work next week, so that's not too bad. Thanks all for your good wishes and kind thoughts! *big hugs from me*

Stab wounds sounds terribly vioeltn though, perhaps they will make for interesting scars so you can tell people you were attacked by pirates...

Yay! It's good to hear that you're okay and alive. Take it easy and follow your doctor's orders! And then watch lots of tv and read books. Distract yourself and you'll feel shiny. :D
