Yes, I loved them both! Alas my brother only got to see the Strax scene because he didn't see it in 3-D :P

Do you know if they're available on the Blu-Ray? I know they're not on the DVD unless they're a special Easter Egg feature because I've already checked. Alas I don't have a Blu-Ray player, though if they're on the Blu-Ray I would be tempted to finally get one!

Sadly I doubt it, although I don't have Blu Ray so didn't check. There is an illegal filming of the 3-d part on You Tube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oo2QyB9wW7U&list=FLfIfHrEzVeFVwbj3L5DP2mA

It's hard to hear, but it is possible to make it out. You can show your brother!

Oooh yay! I described it fairly well to him over the phone just a couple days later but it'll still be nice for him to see what he missed. Not to mention I can see it again myself! :D
