It's been a while...

Yes, today, April 29, I handed my doctoral thesis in.

Six years and two months, and now it's all over.



That is an excellent representation of how I feel!

I have to wait a few months to get my results, then I have to graduate and then my proper title will be Dr K, but special friends like you won't have to use it - unless you want to, of course! ;-)

Ah, well, that is the question indeed! I do hope to get back to some DW writing, but I also have two books commissioned, am selling my house and looking to buy a new one, and will soon be starting full-time work. *sigh*

Thank you so much! As for getting in to a doctorate program, in Australia you pretty much just have to ask (and to prove that you have the academic background to see it through). It might be different for you though, but there's no harm in asking if it's what you want to do!

As for the icon, I'm very glad you like it! I have a new fic in the process of being written and it stars the four people in this icon and one other special lady...
