Okay, I'm not a fan of that particular expression, but it fits my mood right now. I managed to get a hardback copy of "Jo to the Rescue" with a dustwrapper in very good condition at a decent price. Yes, it's above my usual price (which is why I'm not saying how much it is! *lol*) but I can make it up by selling my paperback, which is also in very good condition. Any offers?

Me!
(Weren't half expecting that, were you? :-P )
~thinks back to when you bought that one...~ probably would have been $12 - $15? (I'd be willing to pay $20 for it, btw.)
Speaking of which, do I still owe you money, or did we sort things out before you went to Berlin?

And I was thinking more something in about the $30-40 range, as it's gone up in value so much now... (You don't want to know how much the hb cost!!!)

(How much is cut from the pb, do you know?)

I think there's isn't much cut at all, thankfully.

You don't happen to feel like transcribing it at all, do you?
(Says she, ducking as she realises it's taken nearly a year and she's still 2 chapters from the end of Jo Returns.)

And I think someone else is doing that one already for Raya's site. Just not sure who right at this moment.

The presence of transcripts is really the only reason I'm able to even contemplate moving overseas.

And it certainly makes it easier, although I do prefer to read the actual books rather than transcripts.
