*looks at icon* Well, good and bad actually.
I went to see the lovely lady specialist on Tuesday (I know, I know, I'm slack, I'm sorry), who told me - surprise! - that my gall bladder is still inflamed! As a result of this shock diagnosis (*g*) I am going in on June 1 to have my gall bladder whipped out through small holes in my stomach. (The proper name for the surgery is a cholecystectomy, for those who might be interested. Fortunately this can be done by a laparoscopy rather than having to have a four- or five-inch long scar on the upper part of my tummy.)
In other news, I have a rotten throat and chest cold. This is very unusual for me, as my colds tend to go to my nose and fester there. (Oh, sorry, you're eating? My apologies. *eg*) This one, however, has settled on my chest and is making me cough like a coughing thing. (Brain not able to think of good comparisons.) I am on antibiotics and cold-and-flu tablets and am living in hope that it will soon clear up.
Huggles and sympathy will be most welcome at this point...
