The road less travelled...

*happy sigh* Back from the theatre, and an awesome Les Mis! Almost everyone had amazing voices, and half of them were support cast, not the actual stars! Incredible! The Valjean and Javert were particularly amazing. Enjolras was drop-dead gorgeous (reminded me of Andrew O'Keefe, for Australians, who I think is lovely to look at) and the Marius was so sweet and innocent that I wanted to hug him! The only bad part was the Gavroche, whose microphone died, and who also had a very weak voice.

It's obviously been too long since I've seen Les Mis, because I started crying way before I should have, and just keep doing it!

Thenardier (he was particularly excellent - dirty, slimy and very quick with his hands! Hey, gets your minds out of the gutter!)

Madame Thenardier (I'm used to my Madame T's being very big buxomy ladies, but she was still great)

Marius (he looks much better clean-shaven, and his eyes are very puppy-like)

Cosette (for once, her voice was neither overwhelmed nor underwhelmed by Marius')

Enjolras (he looks much better without the animal that crawled onto his chin in that shot)
