Reading a good book, particularly the CS
Planning out stories/books (sometimes the writing part can be quite irritating if you know the way you want the story to go and it refuses to oblige!)
Listening to/watching good comedy
Driving (most of the time)
Hanging out washing and ironing (yes, really!)
Washing my car
Cross-stitching
